Toad in the Hole
Tuck in to a Toad-in-the-hole with gravy throughout March.
Not literally toad (or a hole) this traditional English dish from the 18th century, is made from sausages baked in Yorkshire pudding. Classic comfort food, the dish allegedly got its name because the sausages poking out of the pudding look like a toad poking its head out of, you guessed it, a hole.
Availble from 3rd - 31st March for £11 per person.
